It is a neutral dry base in 1 - 3lb bags that can be used as soft-serve or frozen yogurt with a soft-serve machine. Or it can also be used as a base to make a delicious probiotic smoothie. This is a neutral base that requires a separate fruit flavoring. It comes with a bottle of PineappleMango flavoring but you can also add your own flavoring.Product UseFollow instructions on bag. Just Add Water. Mix 1 bag of dry base into 1 gallon of water and pour mixture into soft-serve machine. To make a smoothie, start with this recipe: 2 cups ice + 1 cup juice + 1/2 cup fruit + 1/4 cup Nanci's powder base. Or to use in a Frozen Beverage Machine, use 1.75 gallons water.
